With over 20 years working in the IC profession, Andy Macleod has joined us in the new role of Director – People Services & Excellence. Andy will be leading our mid-senior level interim and permanent recruitment, as well as our training and development proposition.
Andy initially worked in-house for companies including Nationwide Building Society, Lloyds TSB and LV=. More recently, Andy has five years’ experience helping organisations secure the best interim talent – and at Gatehouse he’ll be supporting communications and change programme teams with their requirements.
“The need for effective communication and engagement support around M&A activity, IT and digital transformation and organisational restructures remains as critical as ever” says Andy.
“From my conversations with organisations across all sectors, I feel confident that 2020 is going to be a positive year for the IC recruitment market. I’ve already seen a number of businesses investing heavily in their IC function, and much of the uncertainty around Brexit in 2019 is clearing”.
